no phone, no phone, no phone

Monkey came up for a swim in Cranberry yesterday, sans the munchkin, which was probably all for the best.
We swam and ordered pizza, and my first boyfriend and first kiss when i was in kindergarden, Joel, delivered it.
I don't think i've seen that kid since high school, and back then he was a pretty big pot head.
Monkey and I finally got to see 1408 yesterday too, which was awesome, I squealed and screamed out loud a few times in the theater and crushed the soda cup from being scared. I love a good scary movie.
Then we walked around Cranberry like delinquent high schoolers, but fortunately we resisted the urge to smoke cigarettes and drink beer behind the mall movie theater parking lot. Regardless it was strange to actually hang out in Cranberry when I never even really did even when I lived here as a kid.
Ahh reliving some fake idea of what my youth could have been.

Now, however I need to go wrestle over the phone with NYU health services and UArts nurses and financial aid people and finish getting the house ready for Steph and her folks, who will be staying here for the next few days while they're in town.

So much to do and only a week left to do it in.
