sorry that its been forever since i updated...my computer's being a bitch. so i kicked in skwa in the computer nuts and went up to my dad's computer. lets see how it likes being abandoned...peice of crap.

so the crucible ended last weekend. im pretty bummed, i had a great time working on it. but i always get like this after a show....its kinda like a peice of me is missing. its been much worse than this before, but im still going to miss it. thanks again to everyone who made it a great experience. and especially thank you to shane for being so wonderfull to work with. i know ive told you this a billion times, but you really blew me away these past few months. i knew you were good, but i had no idea that you had that in you...im amazed. you really are a fantastic actor, its been an honor.
and to megan...my darling, you played this part phenominally. you screams gave me chills, your facial expressions let us all know that you knew what you were doing to these people, but you went along with it to save your own ass. every move you made was in character, every word you spoke was natural. you continue to astound me with your talants.
but i cant get started with you
had jazz choir auditions yesterday. i think im getting better at the whole auditioning process. i mean, i was still a nervous wreck all day, but i was able to hold my harmony during quartets and my voice stayed steady during my solo. thanks so much to graham and katt for their little interpretive dance, it really relaxed me. i hope i get in! but im not gonna be crushed or anything if i dont...i feel proud of my audition and im sticking by that regaurdless of the outcome.
but a new discovery was made yesterday! ready for this? nathan can sing!! like, holy damn. the kid is fantastic! i was mezmorized (as david so eloquently put it). oh man, is he a cutie to the max. nathan, i know you arent reading this, but bravo my dear. give yourself a pat on the back for that one.

its my 16th birthday this friday! im not uber excited, but it should be good times. feel free to shower me with gifts, lol.

okay, new favorite person: Dougie Maclean. havent heard of him? well then youre an undereducated fool! i command you to go out and buy his tribute CD and tell me if you dont LOVE his voice. adri will especially like this one since she shares my geeky obsession with celtic music. he has this beautiful rendition of Auld Lang Syne on there that im in love with. i forgot how wonderfull that song is. and get this...most of the other verses (the ones that no one gets to on new years eve) are in brogue!! how hot is that? mmmmm, brogue. oh, in case you didnt guess, hes a scottish boy. yummmmm *melts*. but the best song is undisputably "are ya sleepin maggie". its so wonderful....im truly in love. so yes, go buy it this second!! well, thats all i have to say. until next time, FOLIAGE AWAY!!
