I've engaged with the hostiles several weeks before, when they first attacked a civilian church, but the engagement resolved peacefully. They... have an abnormal amount of chakra-- *a pause, as he amends himself* -- energy, but beyond this, I'm not sure what their skills are.

Then they've been here for some time now ... though you say the first incident was resolved peacefully? Intriguing.

They hadn't given us... reason to subdue them. In my first encounter with them, it seemed as though they had just arrived and were disoriented... They were insisting that we take them to our "leader." *He pauses here as he considers what he does know about the hostiles* Not too long ago, they were looking for... strong fortresses. There's a strong possibility, based on that fact, that they've established a stronghold somewhere in Somarium...

A group of three to five individuals killed and cannibalized Dr. Hunter's bodyguard. Furthermore, I understand that the man was a quite capable fighter in his own right.

They are to be considered extremely dangerous, my Lady.

I know. I went back through my Dreamberry logs. It's terrible. [Swallowing.] I've spoken to a couple of them. Apparently, they didn't enter Somarium in the conventional way that we did. A female cannibal with red hair said that they appeared here through a white light at the top of a temple, and that they were on their way to Nirvana, but ended up here.

I don't know what to think. Regardless, a meeting should be held as soon as possible. This will happen again, and soon if we don't move fast.

Might you be able to elaborate a little more on the types of intruders that you or others have come into contact with? Are you speaking of the cannibals? If so, I'm not certain that they are merely intruders. I believe that they were brought here through the same methods that you or I was.

I work better alone, but if they really are a threat to the people of Somarium, I think it's important that we sit down and talk.

I am referring to the cannibals, yes. While it is likely that they arrived here in the same manner that every other person has ... they are intruders in the sense that they are a disruption and an immediate threat.

Any assistance you can offer would be welcomed.

I understand that. I was able to acquire little information from them, but one of the females indicated that they were supposed to go through some sort of transformation that would abate their hunger and possibly even eradicate it.
