Hey guys! I really really need some help here. I decided to start a NEW graphics community
cosmo_designs. This one WILL stay open so please dont leave. This community will just be a little diffrent. It is more "IT" girl oriented. Plus this new community will hopefully be a little more exclusive. Ya know, exclusive graphics, a little stricter rules all that fun stuff. Plus a theme of the week...just more main stream popular graphics, as you would see in any GIGANTIC icon community.

My point is I need help with putting together a layout. I have no idea at all how to start... I dont even have base codes. I would REALLY appricate it if someone could put together some banners and do the work with the layout. I'll also need makers. There is no formal form yet... just let me know.
