Fanmix: Harry/Ginny - Several Sunlit & Rainy Days - Harry Potter
This was my first fanmix, ever! I went absolutely crazy about it and now I wish I had used other songs. But I'm keeping the original version and uploading the songs again. I made this back in 2005, after reading Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I'm keeping it all as it was originally posted all those years ago.
This fanmix has 16 songs, and it's called "Several sunlit & rainy days" because that's how this relationship feels to me, they share a lot of love, but there's the constant angst and darkness that chase them both, so the mix is divided in two sections, 8 sunlit songs, that try show a bit of their relationship and their feelings for each other before Dumbledore's funeral and 8 rainy songs that take place after the funeral, and all through Harry's quest. Plus each song is from the point of view of one of them...

*** I wasn't 100% sure of keeping this song in the fanmix, cause it doesn't really reflect Harry, although there must be a chance that he gets really screw up after defeating Voldemort, or maybe that's just too many angsty fics I've been reading. But the real reason why I kept this song it's because it's about a very messed up man who, inspite of that, is loved by a woman, even though he feels like he can't love her back... I really hope that doesn't get to be the case, but who knows.... we all know Ginny will love him anyway.
