Lois finding Clark warmed my heart. *nods* Same here! I was so excited to find that she was the one who saves him. Agree about her smile when she's watching him speed off. &hearts I just love those two and I want him to find out that it was Lois who pulled the knife out!!
Who is that dude who said "we're coming for all of you"?. There was an american flag on the side of that gun that hit Ollie My theory is that it's one of those Checkmate-like organizations or something to do with the government, who think that the vigilantes should be working in the open, and not behind masks.
I have to say that the scene with Chloe putting on the Dr.Fate helmet was anti-climatic. I thought something cooler was going to happen. Wasn't there supposed to be a flashforward scene? Yeah, I thought so too! I was a little disappointed, because I thought that was going to be so much cooler than it was.
Oliver wasn't just shirtless, he was NAKED. I didn't even notice it when I first saw it, because I was on twitter at the same time. Someone mentioned it later, and I was like, "wait, what?"
This picture is made of lovely win. Makes me wonder why we don't have a decent Clois photoshoot Definitely! I wish s10 had been promoted better than it was. CW did a terrible job.
"So much better in technicolor" best line ever! That was the best line in the episode for sure and definitely one of the most memorable now in the show.
if Clark lets pride into his soul Darkseid is going to take advantage of him. Clark needs to get rid of those feelings to be able to confront the fugly bastard, but it's hard, much like Jonathan said, he has given up so much is easy to let resentment get it. That's why Clark needs Lois, he deserves her, I think Lois is the key in this whole thing That's true, but the way he said it was just WTF? Because he went on about Clark being full of darkness and I think that's just BS. Clark may have had some issues in s9, but he's the light! I mean, how else was he able to believe in the Kandorians when people like Chloe and Oliver doubted him, even going as far to be willing to leave the only home he's ever known (Earth) just to save it? Where does darkness play into any of that? Warnings are fine, but Jor-El was just being a douche. That Fortress has never been useful, IMO, and it still isn't now.
Though I do think that Lois is the key. He has given up a lot and nobody would blame him for being resentful, but the thing is 99% of the time, Clark isn't resentful. Nostalgic sure, but not resentful.
I CAN'T STAND TO SEE LOIS CRYING!! Same here! Erica always breaks my heart when she cries.
I loved the Clark & Jonathan scene. It was nice to see a supportive parent (even if it was a ghost/figment of Clark's imagination) after that scene with the stupid Fortress. :)
