Picspam: Smallville in 20 pictures
:: The moment I heard about jeannev 's project of putting together 10-20 Smallville pictures to represent what the show means to you, I was in. My first thought was "all my pictures are going to be Lois/Clois related", which made the final work of this picspam a surprise for me. Yes, there's a bunch of Clois, but there are other stuff as well.
I realized that, as much as I'm all into Smallville for the shipping, I'm also all in for the Superman mythology, which is something that should be obvious but that was lurking somewhere in my subconscious. That's why I'm loving S9 so much, mythology meets shipping :)
This project made me realize other stuff as well:
- I love Chloe and I think she's more important to the show than I had realized before doing this
- I say "realize" a lot
- I used to like the drama from the Clark/Lana/Chloe triangle
- I think Lois Lane is the best thing that happened to this show (this is nothing new)
- I think Smallville have 3 eras, which makes me see the show as 3 different tv shows at times: Season 1 to 3, the beginning; Seasons 4 to 7, the limbo; Seasons 8 and 9 Superman/Metropolis/OHMYGODILOVETHISSHOW. As you can see, part 3 is my favorite.
- I miss the show badly and can hardly wait for "Disciple".
- *is in shock* There's no shirtless!Oliver picture... I think I do watch this show for the plot after all ;)
