{001} Accidental Video
[The girl is obviously young, with vibrant red hair and an expression that is genuinely terrified. Even so, underneath the shaking in her voice, there's a thread of anger.] Get your bony fingers off of... Hey.
[The tablet is dropped; it's not really a scuffle that's heard, but there's obvious movement and it's a few moments before the tablet is picked up again. Alexis' lips are pressed into a thin line, her hair mussed, and she's looking around in obvious anxiety before her gaze alights on the tablet. Then her brow furrows and expressions clears; the tablet's a clear distraction.]
... Recording? [Give her a moment of narrow-eyed fiddling; then she looks straight at the camera.] Is anyone hearing this? Or maybe it's some sort of video diary. [She sighs and begins to look around again, expression troubled. Very troubled. There may even be tears starting to well up. She swallows and wipes at her cheek.
She's not going to cry. She'll be fine. She'll figure this out. She takes a deep breath, takes two steps toward the city, and then stops.] I don't even know where to go.
