I'm a nurse. I'll do anything I can to help. Do you know how many other medically trained people there are left besides me?

[She gives a brief shake of her head] Negative. Anders was the usual healer I saw when necessary, so I'm not too familiar with the others. But the trend I'm seeing seems to be that several here have healing powers without actual training.

I do have basic field medic ability -- emergency response, mostly, so I can lend a hand if needed.

Right.

[Christine is suddenly glad that being Head Nurse had come with organizational skills and the ability to take over things when the Chief Medical Officer was otherwise inclined.]

In that case we should attempt to gather those who have any ability at the clinic to set up a triage center for the fallout of this whole mess.

[She nods] That sounds ideal. I'll send anyone I make contact with over to the clinic ASAP.

Meanwhile, those with no medical abilities can at least lend some muscle in transporting the injured. It'd be more effective than having our few healers running all over the place.

Good, you can tell them to message me if they have problems.

[Christine nods as the well figured out idea.]

That's perfect. Those who can't transport can help at the clinic by fetching things for the medics.

I will.

Sounds good. I have no idea if any of the injuries are life-threatening, but we'll be moving like they are.

Usually small injuries are still bad because of infection, but I'm not sure if people get those down here...

Thank you again for your help.

...They can. [There's nothing in that answer other than certainty.]

[She gives a brief smile] And thank you. Give me a call if something comes up. I'm Jill, by the way.

[That's a tad unnerving, but Christine has dealt with worse.]

Christine. Lovely to meet you if not under great circumstances.

Same here.

Take care; I'll be in touch. [And end feed, because she's in a rush]
