Farther behind her, the video feed captures part of a window which has been lined with a string of lights, although they're unplugged at the moment.]
It's less than two weeks now until the end of the year... although I suppose celebrating New Year's is a little arbitrary down here, considering we're not even sure what year it's supposed to be to begin with, and who wants the reminder of how long they've been stuck here?

But the point of it isn't about things staying the same, it's about things changing. Some things end, and new things begin, and a lot of times it's sad, but that's the way that life is supposed to be.
--it's also more or less what the Death Arcana is about, so maybe it's not quite as arbitrary as it seems, but now that I say that it seems like a creepy way to put it, so sorry for that, too. [She lets out an embarrassed little laugh before her expression becomes more thoughtful.]
We've already seen a number of endings this past month or so. It makes me wonder, what sorts of things are about to begin? And will they be good, or bad?
