We need to find out more, but if Hecate can't tell us anything, I don't know how we're supposed to do that aside from waiting for them to make another move.

We have collected some information on the third party, it's limited but it at least gives us something to work with. We know there are a group of them, that they go by the name the Apportioners, and that they were preforming some sort of experimentation on us.
