The strength mostly depends on how close I am to someone. Uh, in general I can sense emotions on a broad level all the time, but the closer I am the more specific things get and the more information I get.

I know it's what they're feeling, for the most part, I can pick out who a feeling belongs to and things like that. There are times when I, uh, get overwhelmed by things and it's hard to sift through stuff.

I feel it, just like if it was my own. Like, if someone's angry, I feel that as anger inside of myself, I've just, uh, done it for so long and trained enough that I can tell the difference between my own feelings and someone else's. The sifting thing involves trying to pinpoint where it's coming from, kind of like when you try to figure out which way a sound came from.

I did, and occasionally I still do. When things are really overwhelming it's hard to be sure that it's my emotions and not someone else's. What do you mean by what they are? Like, how do I know specifically what I'm feeling? If it's anger or sadness or frustration?
I do. Among other things.
