[When the feed flickers on it is apparent Misaki is not aware that it is on. Those who have been in the Underworld longer may recognize the remnants of her old apartment complete with broken furniture, including a half of a round table pressed up against the wall. Scattered across the floor are various texts, books opened and the young woman sits in the center, occasionally writing in a notebook as she examines the insides of her Camera Obscura. If one looks closely they can notice the name 'Kunihiko Asou' on several of the books as well as a diagram of a camera, thoroughly labeled, on the notebook. After a few moments of silence her heads turns to regard a small doll before turning to look directly at the camera.]
Of course it is.
[She sighs, removing her glasses, and reaches towards the communicator to turn off the feed. Moments later the feed turns on once more.]

Once the transfer is complete the video starts off with her sitting on a chair and she inclines her head slowly, a small nod in respect.]
I apologize for not addressing any of you sooner and I hope you have all settled into the Underworld adequately. The guide you have just received is only a fraction of the information that has been gathered on this place. I am sure many of you have already heard the basics of survival here, I hope that guide will help you further. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I have to wonder at the sudden increase of new arrivals within the last couple of weeks. I realize I have been silent on the network recently and will admit there are some things I may have missed. Has there been any recent odd occurrences, any tricks of the Underworld?
