As they were gathering materials for their visit to Castiel, Sephiroth was feeling less and less confident about the idea. At first it had seemed like a great plan. He'd decided he had to do something for his friend, with all he'd been through, and cheeseburgers had been all he'd been able to come up with. He wasn't sure if it was worth it, he wasn't even sure Castiel would appreciate it, but from what he'd been told, when things were bleak, what you needed was friends.
Friends ate together, and they spent time with one another. He, Castiel, and Voodoo were friends, and Castiel was in a place where he needed them. At least, that's what his experience in this place had shown him. And so, he'd do what he could. That meant collecting a lot of cheeseburgers, and as much as he could carry, he'd needed an extra set of hands. Of course, he hadn't only invited Voodoo along to help carry a gratuitous amount of fast food. She'd become a sort of anchor for him, a guide post for what was and wasn't acceptable, and he appreciated it.
That, and he really enjoyed the time he spent with her. As they approached their destination, he looked over to her. "Do you think this will suffice?"
