Housing

The area is a strange hodge-podge of buildings assembled in no intelligible order, scattered as though tossed by some great hand across the hills below the Acropolis.

The architecture of the buildings varies, ranging from towering Grecian columns to squat, modern suburban houses and even apartment buildings; ancient stone fences are broken by chain link; some dwellings are supplied with in-door plumbing while others are serviced by personal or even community wells; some streets are cobbled and others are black asphalt.

Here are some examples of how varied buildings and architecture is in the city: Here, Here, Here, and Here. There's really no limit to the shape or style of the buildings, but we do ask if you're going to have a character find a building with over a hundred rooms, like a hotel, that you talk to one of us first.

Persephone, being the doting hostess she is, wants all her uninvited guests to be as comfortable as possible, so as people begin to filter in, she does her best to accommodate them as they are accustomed, so you may find things shifting and changing, the flat roofs shifting to towering Chinese pagodas, power lines strung among the buildings, maybe even an outlet or two appearing. She wants her residents to be comfortable.
