Fall Quarter

SOMEBODY TOOK THE SPOT I NEEDED IN BIOLOGY 356/FOUNDATIONS IN ECOLOGY! FUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCK!
That said, my schedule has some pretty awesome things lined up for the fall even if I can't take that foundations class that turns out to be a prerequisite for practically every 400-level ecology course in the catalog!

Goddamn.

Here we go: Introductory soils (ESRM 210, 4 cr.), Ecosystem Management (ESRM 425, 5 cr., mainly a September course), Seminar in Streamside Studies (ESRM/FISH 429, 1 cr., CR/NC grading), Organic Chemistry - Long Program (CHEM 237, 4 cr.), Special Topics in Biology: Hands-On Intensive Ecology & Evolution (BIOL 497 B, 5 cr.).

Yeah. About BIOL 497. Let's just see what that turns out to be. The instructors for it have good reputations by my and others' experiences, and some of them I'm certainly bound to have again later on in my ecology and evolution (or environmental and conservation, if I switch tracks) biology career. If nothing else, the fact that I will have both that and Natural History of Birds under my belt going into winter quarter makes it seem like I would have a good shot at legitimately skipping the BIOL 356 prerequisite until I have a decent chance to take it.

Without further ado, here's my schedule. Complete with seven-hour breaks. Oh my.

Thoughts? At least there's plenty of ESRM credit there.
