(no subject)
ah! so christmas is over.. its cool though. It was a lot of fun.. our family parties are a blast.. sometimes.. and this was one of them.
Xmas Eve went shopping with my sister in the morning for no reason other to get ourselves the promised Gloria Jeans coffee.. ended up picking up somthing for the little sis.. and spending 20$ on candy for people.. which means I spent about 40$ on candy this christmas year.. ahh! Wrapped all the presents up in my basement, and afterwards went over to my grandparents. Later we went to mu Aunt Becky's for some food and the movie Christmas Vacation (a holiday tradition cause its the best movie ever). Afterwards went to midnight mass where in front of me sits none other than dear Rick Lee.. my parents think he is sweet and cute - from looks - haha.
Christmas dad wakes us up at 9:20 cause we had people coming over.. I was sooo crabby. Too early. Open gifts, and clean my room.. people come over.. I first entertain by being an awesome DJ, playing songs that I, and only I, like.. ha. Dinner. I dont like holiday dinners.. or many dinners of the like at all, so I didnt eat. But then once my mom set out the desserts and after-appitizers I ate much : ) well only some cheese and corned beef thing my grandma made. We all started playing the DVD pop-culture edition of Trivial Pursuit.. all 16 of us.. it was a fun time.. then everyone got bored and we started playing DDR.. got the family involved in that one.. and it was cool.. we all sucked.. only cause no one has it and we just got it.. then we pulled out PS2 karaeoke which me and laur bought for kate.. and EVERYONE was singing.. it was a blast. We did that till the end of the night.
This is what I got !!!:
- keyboard so I can learn how to play
- thermometer/clock/hydrometer + a weather book by USA today since my mom knows i love meteorology.. I wanted a barometer.. but my mom doesnt know the difference between that and a hydrometer.. so I admire the thought. Plus, its still awesome as hell.
- hermit crabs!! from lauren.
- some clothes
- money from the family at the party
- Mensa page-a-day calender.. same one I bought Sam.
