AFTER PARTAAAAY
Well, after we said all of our goodbyes at the dance, our group went out to the LB. I put in Hey Ya ASAP and within minutes when me and Mary were dancing, the LB came to a sudden stop and Mary fell right on top of me, in our prom dresses and all. It was hilarious. Someone has a picture of us the moment before we fell. Awesome.
So after our very long drive home, full of lap dances, make-out sessions in the back, and lots of loud music [from my CDs :)], we finally arrived in the magical town of Ivyland a.k.a. at Gia's house. Of course, in my way in I trip over her doorstep and fall flat on my face (and this is right after I take my heels OFF). Go figure.
So we get in and get changed. That seemed to take quite awhile. (for the girls anyway...) Gia's mom had all of this food layed out. And of course the amazing cookie cake was there. And since it was past 12 on Sunday, I was aloud to have soda!!! But it didn't taste as good as I thought it would :( .
Most of the food was in one of her many living rooms, which was where most of us were hanging out at one point. Here, Rob told a very good story: "I had streaky windows, so I cleaned them." Very Very funny. I think this was one of the highlights of the night. You can always count on Rob to provide the entertainment. Also I think sometime after his "story", Mary decided she wanted to relive Joe Kim's birthday and throw cookie cake in my face. I was surprised yet again. But I got her back, and by the end of it we were both in Gia's two sink bathroom washing our faces.
After that whole sphiel, some of us went into the living room with the TV (to watch Half-Baked), and some of us went into the living room with the coffee table (to play Cranium). I was in the latter group... haha there were like 10 of us in there, and we picked out of a hat for teams for the game. What are the chances me and Rob get put together right after we say we are gonna beat each other. And we end up losing anyway....haha. And just for the record it's all Rob's fault.
Some of the funny moments during game time:
-Corny spelling hankerchief backwards: "ff....."
-Alaina and Kirn, with their "breakfast sausage" drawling
Cranium wasn't that great, until we stopped playing by the rules and just started asking questions and stuff. We found out Rob wasn't the only smart guy around. His competition: John Kirn. He seemed to know a lot of the fact questions. They should have a show down someday...
It kinda gets fuzzy after Cranium. I think there was more food, lots of pictures, lap dances?, random Cranium questions, people falling asleep in the other room, and o yea...noises coming from the upstairs (which we later found out was Mary fighting with Gia's brother Joe). haha the whole time Gia thought something might be wrong with her toliet.
At 2:00 Amber had to get out of the sleeping bag with Kevin lol, and they had to leave :( .
And then soon we had to separate from the boys at like 3:00. Most of the girls slept in this one room with bunk beds. Everyone went to sleep right away except for me and Eva. haha that was fun times. Eva at one point had to get up off of the sqeaky and rickety bunk bed and go to the bathroom, and she woke Mary up (who was on the bottom). Mary didn't even realize she had gotten up, left, and came back, and thought that we were just making a whole lot of noise.
Finally we were all asleep. Then three hours later I was awake again. Rob had already left, and apparenlty Gia tried to wake up Mary to tell her but it wasn't working lol.
In the morning, we ate donuts and had left over stuff from the night before. Yummy! We just hung out in the morning, and took some last minutes pictures. In fact, some of our best pics were taken "the morning after".
At 11ish I think, we departed from Gia's house :(. We drove Eva home, and on the way to her house Mary had a dream someone raped her and she got pregnant. ahh..we were all very tired lol.
It was all so much fun. The dance, the after party, the morning after, I loved it. As cliche as it sounds, it was "A night to remember." (and this is without getting a fake tan any my nails done lol) The group I was with was AWESOME! You guys ROCK LIKE GRANITE. That's why I am very exicted for a prom reunion. Ok but seriously, it was such a great night. I wish I could go back....but I know there are more fun times to come...i.e. the scavenger hunt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait Mary! Roadkill whoo hoo!
