The hole in my arm gets its final surgery on monday and hopefully i"ll be out of here right after that- but then i have knee surgery at a different hospital(UChi) on thursday. After that I should be able to hobble more effectively. I Walked about three blocks to buy a pack of smokes today- with this fancy kneebrace on, and it's smarting a little. the official diagnosis of the knee is complete blowout, all of the acls and mcls and pcls are torn, but it still bends ok. just sore. I have 4 plates in my head and 2 in my arm.Oh + a big screw in my shoulder. Chicago Bike sent me a card. Thanks, Chicago bike, I'll be back in the market soon.. My aunt brought me new yorkers and light up squeeze toys...:)
