an actual post about actual things!
It's been so nice and springy lately and I've been wearing normal clothes and put away my winter jacket and I've been enjoying it and eating more and been feeling a lot better. Still madly behind on coursework but let's not talk about that.
It's gotten cold again this week which sort of sucks but I can deal especially since I went out on my balcony just now and the mini-freezing rain storm we had today has turned into snow so the trees are all iced over and there's a light snow falling that's just covering the ground, making everything look sort of glazed. The snow makes this lovely crinkling sound on the frozen trees and there's no wind at all, it's 2:30 and barely below freezing and somehow it's the only time since I've lived here that the city has been so perfectly quiet-- no cars, no sirens. Everything looks gorgeous in the streetlights and it's just wonderful.
The other day I was wearing my big leather jacket, ripped black jeans, and my red combat boots, walking home and this old couple looked at me, TERRIFIED and full on crossed the street to escape me haha. Should've been worrying maybe but it was also kind of cool. I could totally beat up the elderly!
LJ's been kind of dead lately since everyone, including me, is still in love with Tumblr, and the one fandom I'm active and totally in love with rn I can't really share with anyone on my f-list. It would be a bunch of flail regarding people with confusing names and dudes who dress up as a women and would totally confuse you all, but I thought a rare RL post might be relevant? IDK I miss you guys!
