so i check my webmail for the first time since sunday and i see this in my community service email i get every week
SAVE THE LIVES OF HOMELESS ANIMALS: All are invited to attend a
presentation by Nathan Winograd, Esq. addressing the issues of animal
sheltering ethics and how to build a “no-kill community.” The
presentation will be held Friday, May 13 at 6PM at the Florida State
College of Law Room 101. A Reception will immediately follow the event in
the College of Law Rotunda. For more information about this event call

I really want to go to this but i made plans yesterday to go out of town and i can't ditch the plans cuz that would be wrong... but if anyone is going... or was curious about it... pleease go... and let me know what happened... this is a weird request i know... but one my life goals is to run an animal shelter w/ a no kill policy and just knowing there is a guy like this that actually achieved that w/ an animal shelter is just amazing.. i dunno maybe its not a request for me... just think about it...
Also, this extended Circle Animal Haven (which is i guess sponsoring the above event) is starting a no kill "sanctuar" (as they call it) for animals... the 1st in Tallahassee!!!!!! and they have meetings every first wednesday of each month... i emailed someone to find out more information like time and place and will update when i get a response... would anyone like to come w/ me? you don't have to commit to volunteering, i know i want to find out as much as possible before i commit... and they welcome people who just want to find out what's going on.... so please let me know if you want to come or if you have a friend who wants to come.
