its hard to stop falling down a cliff

So I had a pretty discouraging talk today with a younger friend of mine. Not good. Life is so hard. Specially when you are angry with it. Then you just rebell against it, although you are hurting yourself, not the world, only strengthining the world that wants to get everyone worked up.

Its just so hard to shake it off.
Easy to fake it off.
Numb yourself to take it off
of your frozen heart

Someday, thaw it out
when you call out
to jesus

find the strength again
to put up a fight again
until that day comes
and your in heaven

Until then try and live
for others who you inspire
because of the plans for each of us
not in our control

There is a way
to beat it
to make everything worth while
we are here for a reason
find the strength to smile
