Today I got a letter back from a soldier in Afghanistan. His name is Andrew and he has a cousin in Colorado that spells her name how I do. Andrew gave me 2 dollars Afghanistan money. Andrew made me appreciate my life in the United States today.
I suggest you all write letters to a soldier. Whether or not you agree with the war(hell, they could very well not agree with the war)..they appreciate it, and they could definitely use the love and support being so far away. And also when they write back, it's a magnificent feeling.
