No. But they weren't trying to keep those things undetectable. All anyone had to do was follow the rats. And that card... That was left for our "benefit".

Although it wouldn't work as terrorism if we never found out it wasn't a curse.

Terrorism rarely serves the end of anyone who's participating. It's more likely to foster anger and togetherness than fear.

And in other cases it might foster xenophobia.
