alright, so the west is considered to have "raped" Iraq because they freed them of a dictator? it's very interesting how anti-war-ists twist things around.

bush didn't, and doesn't, give a shit what happens to the iraqi people. he wasn't primarily interested in "freeing them of a dictator," because that could have been accomplished without obliterating innocent civilians.

they never found the "weapons of mass destruction," so i suppose he had to say something in order to justify his actions.

bush wasn't the only one to suspect weapons of mass destruction. during the clinton presidency, he claimed there were WOMD as well. just because we didn't find them, doesn't mean they weren't planned to be built.

i'm not saying there wasn't reason to be suspicious, or that hussein should have remained in power.

but that doesn't mean that it's okay to take-out an entire nation.
