Dear Diary,
I found them. I felt them close by and noticed that I kept returning to the same place to search over and over and sure enough, somehow they'd been overlooked. I'd lifted the pile of papers the wrong direction at least 12 times and then finally I moved them instead of just pushing them aside and BAM. Peek-a-boo and hello. Nice to see you again. I've been writing mostly all day.
