HOWEVER! I did manage to finish the outline for my first Frostiron fic. I'm hoping I can write it.

The other two fics I'm sorta actively working on (the Inception time travel and my Sterek for teenwolfbigbang) continue to flit around in my mind and one day I'll do more than think about them aggressively ( Read more... )

Frostiron is my MCU OTP. And I don't usually have OTPs. I also like Arthur/Eames, but I don't like how so many stories, especially ones written more recently, have them acting more like 12 yr old girls than professional con men.

Everything I know about Teen Wolf I know through fandom osmosis. I tried watching the pilot, found Derek's eyebrows and forehead off-putting (and I watched Angel!), and was confused about why Scott seemed to be the main character. So I've only seen about half an hour of the show.

We could maybe chat about the Frostiron fic, then? (The Inception fic is time travel, and at the beginning Arthur from 2014 goes back in time to 1994 and ends up sorta mentoring a 16 yo Eames... There's much more to it, but that sets the tone for the rest)

Sure, I'm always interested in Frostiron. If the Inception one isn't a Looper crossover, I would probably try to make it one in my head and be useless for talking about your actual story.

I don't know much about Looper outside one Teen Wolf Looper fusion I read once, and at the moment I can't recall anything about it anyway. :)

I am really out of practice at writing or talking about writing, so I don't even know where to begin.

Do you use AIM or google talk?

I think the last time I used AIM was probably a decade ago, but I have lots of google mail accounts so I presume I could get that up and running. I'll work on that tomorrow; it's bedtime here.

I can also use the IM on Skype, I know some ppl use that, too. Any of the above. :)

Ok, I think I'm set up... got an app that's highly rated for a secure encrypted connection to google talk. I'm samenton at google if you want to search for/add me (or email me instructions if I need to do other stuff to make it go).

Also, is LJ just being passive-aggressive about saying that "google" is an incorrect spelling? Take a chill pill, Russia.

lol I think 'google' is supposed to be capitalized and that's why it might come up as misspelled.

I will add you and IM you.. gimme a few minutes. my google name is beingagreenmother. I'm waiting for my percocet to kick in but in the meantime I'm in a fuckload of pain and may snap at nothing if I don't get it eased first. :P
