Argh
So I got to spend 7 hours in the ER last night.
So not fun. The worst thing, it just sort of happen.
See I was sitting at my desk, at home, chatting on AIM
when I got this slight pain in my upper back, left side.
I thought nothing of it. Within 30 minutes I could barely
move my neck, arm, back anything above my waist without
a lot of pain. I took an Oxycodone, no help. A hot shower,
which helped until I got out and got cold again, my husband
even grabbed the back massager and tried that.
Needless to say I ended up at the ER. I've been having muscle spasms
in my upper back. Due to that all the muscles are strained as well.
So now it hurts to even move. Once I'm lying down and have my back and
neck support I'm fine. But forgot otherwise.
The only benefit of all this....
Vicodin.. and Valium.. and a wonderful husband who is bringing home
pizza for dinner! and who has been a great help through all this. :)
