[After the latest mission, a vaguely familiar mobile suit arrives in the hangar. It's the Infinite Justice, complete, field-tested, and ready to be Athrun's main unit.
But when the cockpit opens, its pilot tumbles out like a rag doll. Fortunately he was above a catwalk at the time, so he wasn't seriously hurt by the fall. What's odd, though, is that Athrun was not dressed for piloting. All he had on were a T-shirt and a pair of shorts, and the former had a large red stain on the stomach. Pulling back the shirt would reveal bandages wrapped around Athrun's torso -- he managed to bleed right through them. That would explain why he passed out.]

[Later, Athrun was in the infirmary, resting in bed. He's awake now, and ready to receive visitors.]
