its been one hot fucking weekend here, the monsoon season seems to be over and now its a bit of a heatwave here...so that has led me to the decision to purchase a motorcycle for transportation...i just simply cannot be bothered to wait in the 4000 degree heat for the bus anymore...looks like its time for daddy to ride...
went out friday night to a "charity fundraiser" for an orphanage....10 dollar cover to get in, no prob, it was for a good cause so i gave 20...WELL little did i know that only 10% of the money went to the actual orphanage, the other 90 went to an expat soccer team...how fucking dodgy is that????...so I promptly got drunk and told everyone i could how much i hated soccer...
attended a rooftop bbq in the Haeundae Beach area last night...very fucking cool place...met some really nice people who i seem to be going motor biking with soon...better learn how to drive that puppy soon i guess...
it seems that next year after i leave here and travel for a bit (that does include a trip stateside btw) Istanbul may be my next destination...plans are tentative, as i don't know just how i'll feel after some time in SE Asia and after the 4 month long trans-siderian railroad deal...we shall see...
can't London just get left alone for a while?...it is time for all of this shit to stop...seriously...
Bankston, i totally agree with your take on the Travis cover of "hit me baby one more time", when i saw them in concert they actually played it and i can confirm that it was even more abyssmal live...
there is nothing more of note to say...its hot, i miss real diet coke, and I am up to almost a full pack a day again...but, i am working out 5 days a week with mike so it all equals out...
