I got a new hoodie. I was looking for a backpatch for it and couldn't make up my mind so I ordered 4 different ones. Maybe I'll just get 3 more hoodies too.
I've been on a cassette kick lately. I have a bunch of tapes coming to me soon thanks to ebay. Other new music should be arriving soon as well in vinyl format. Yesterday I got the Floor/Tired From Now On split. I still want more cassettes. Metal cassettes.
The face of mainstream music has changed a lot lately. I watched MTV this morning and heard that band Panic at the Disco for the first time ever. What the fuck? Seeing the shitty video only added to the WTF factor too. I also saw a video for a band called Hellogoodbye that was super silly. I borrowed my dad's car today and listened to the radio for lack of CDs... Did you know that Avenged Sevenfold is radio-rock? I had no idea, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Radio (in Miami, at least) has always been partial to shitty music.
Organic Chemistry test tomorrow. Wish me luck so I pass the test and do not have to drop the class. I think I can do okay. There is only one mechanism and the rest is spectroscopy, but then again I am a really poor chem student, so the likelihood of me doing well is slim. At least there is microbiology. I got my unknown bacterium on Tuesday so I get to begin my testing tomorrow. I'm excited!
