Well Doctor, I've had gravy issues since childhood, when my distant father and my overbearing mother... Oh wait! That is a TOTALLY different issue.
You know, its just cutting out a step on a busy work night so I can get this on the table before 8pm. If I had some rocking beef stock around, I would probably make it myself, but under most circumstances I would be making gravy from fake beef stock anyway, so why not save the time and use jar gravy? Heresy? Perhaps, but I'm a harried housebear who just wants to keep his husband's tummy full.
This sounds great and easy, except I'd have to avoid the prepared gravy because of the gluten. I have enough tricks to get around that, so I'm going to have to try this. Thanks for the recipe.
