(no subject)
Right now I am waiting to hear if my birth mother and father are willing to let me spend a very small part of Christmas with the members of my immediate family who never abused me. I talked to my dad this morning and apparently they both seem unwilling to let me see them without her, but he says he will get back to me. Considerate of them, as they will both be spending upwards of 24 hours in MY house (which prevents me from doing such egregious things as going upstairs and using the kitchen & fridge to make food).
My only other current alternative is hiding- either A) in (my very own) cold basement where I have to listen to them celebrating Christmas without me or B) in an empty apartment up the street.
There is a slight chance that I may be able to hide out with relatives, but slight is the operative word here. Wish me luck either way. I shall certainly need it.
