The Appeal of Fascism
I get the appeal of fascism. The dumbest, most corrupt, most deluded, and most insane have a vote just as powerful as mine. Telling those people to sit down and shut up, and let the adults talk, is certainly appealing. No more Qannon, no more anti-GMO, no more conspiracy theories and bullshit medical quackery.
Alas, however, down that road inevitably lies millions of dead people and entire nations claiming they didn't know, and making public school history class a bit awkward.
