rarely on this thing anymore, but i'm still here.
anyway, here's todays news (with commentary):
courtesy of npr's morning edition: they're making a movie about milli vanilli. they're making a fucking movie about milli fucking vanilli. (well, they'll actually probably only imply that milli fucked vanilli, but we all know it to be true). anyway, come the fuck on. is this really necessary? i mean it's not as though everybody hasn't seen the milli vanilli "behind the music" episode at least 4,000 times...doesn't that count enough as a movie? i predict that this movie will have more people making fun of it and/or bullshitting about it on the internet than any movie since "lord of the rings" and/or "snakes on a plane". the good news is that they won't have to hire actors who can sing.
again, cortesy of morning edition: the last piece today was a musical news report about the omnipresence of the note B-flat. and it was, you guessed it, sung in the key of B-flat. they had this dude play B-flat on a tuba and all these aligators went fucking nuts. it was pretty much the best thing ever to be on npr.
apparently chris cornell has left audioslave. rage against the machine is back together. in future news, soundgarden will likely reform before christmas.
that's the news. the popcorn you are eating has been pissed in. film at 11.
