Romeo Juliet According to the Unimpressed:

Romeo and Juliet were star-crossed lovers.

Romeo and Juliet met at a costume party, their families have been fighting for years, (they hate one another) Romeo is getting over Rosalyn (the love of his life) and Juliet is supposed to be checking out Paris (who is to be her husband according to her parents.) They decide they love one another better, thus they communicate through Juliet’s Nurse and Friar Laurence marries them in secret.

But hark! Tybalt kills Mercutio (Romeo’s best friend) Romeo therefore kills Tybalt (it’s the only gentlemanly thing to do) and is promptly exiled from (wherever they live.) Juliet finds out, is heartbroken but manages to recover awfully fast. Marriage consummated, Romeo goes to do his exile bit.

BUT HARK! Juliet’s parents (mostly father) decide she is now ready to marry Paris. Juliet feels the only logical thing she can do is kill herself. Luckily she goes to see Friar Laurence who provides her with the appropriate drug to make her appear dead. She takes it. Dies.

Romeo (naturally) does not find out about his love, but since this is something foolish and passionate that he can do, he runs right back to Juliet’s side with enough poison to kill himself. (And her, but he’s selfish.) He manages to get into see her (lots of commotion and noise and all that) and he is all upset and then sets to kill himself.

Which he does. Boo. Hoo.

((All of this is because I want to rewrite a 'sequel' of sorts to R&J. The actual storyline to that sequel is (as of yet) uncertain.))

Oh, p.s. Hi again, ya-all.
