Today, the special ingredient is that pound of ground buffalo you forgot was in the freezer.
Take the buffalo, a pound of shredded mixed cheese, the last ear of corn on the cob, a small sweet onion, 4 cloves of garlic, and one can each of diced tomatoes and red kidney beans.
While the buffalo thaws in the microwave, chop the onion and garlic fine. Cut the corn from the cob. Put a large, round pan over high heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Sweat the chopped vegies until the meat is thawed, and reserve them in another dish.
Brown the buffalo in the same pan, adding about two teaspoons each of the Garam Masala and and Greek Seasonings from the spice rack, with a pinch of kosher salt. Once it's brown, add the veggies back in. Open the cans of tomatoes and beans, add them into the mix with a tablespoon (or so) of apple cider vinegar.
Bring it to a boil, then turn it down to a vigorous simmer while you blog about the process. After you're done blogging, check to see if the corn is cooked, and add in an fuckton (imperial, not metric) of the shredded cheese.
Serve. Beat anyone who complains.
