Rest of stitches out (of cubital tunnel area). Healing fine; carpal area essentially healed. No need to reschedule (vs last year when I needed a followup in a month).
Doc checks my right hand, where I seem to be getting worse-should be OK by a year (It is two weeks short of a year). I may be the one out of fifteen for whom the simple surgery does not work. Another appointment in 6 weeks.
Fortunately, I had done my research and was aware of the 1/15 issue. Need to revisit that stuff. Assuming I need more surgery, scheduling around fall faires and my probable need for shoulder surgery will be complex.
Good news--insurance is still covering nearly everything. Bad news--every visit to a doctor generates more need for more visits.
