So last night I'm lying in bed feeling my throat get thick with illness, (could just be the smoking, could be the fact that I've been heavy duty chemicalling at work and there all the sorts that cause upper respiratory tract problems...) doing what I do to cheer myself up.
Turning cartoon characters into D&D characters....
I figured "Shrek" would be cool.
Donkey's easiest.... just cast Awaken on a regular donkey (with a Chaotic Neutral alignment =) max out the INT and CHA scores and hey presto! Annoying animal companion!
His Missus is also easy.... Adult red dragon with an alignment change to Neutral. There kids, half-red dragon donkeys with wings added.
Puss in Boots I made an anthomorphic cat (using "Savage Speices") with levels in Swashbuckler (Complete Warrior) and Assassin. I am a bit cheesed at the Evil alignment but well.... *shrug*
Fiona, I made a Half-Ogre with some Aristocrat and Monk levels.
And as for Shrek, wellllll, I'm not sure yet. An Ogre with 10 INT so that he can speak Common for a start... As to levels, maybe a Fighter specalising in unarmed strike perhaps? Possible addition of the Reaping Marauder prestige class from Complete Warrior? I just can't see him fighting monk stylee -- he's a more a brawler, right?
