Tokito was bored.
Not that it was anything new. You could do more interesting things in a friggin' temple than this place. And the stupid arcade machines were still rigged; he'd been playing for hours without beating a single high score! Those scored were insane. It was probably the doctors cheating. Or Kubo-chan. Though considering they didn't even break if he punched them, that didn't seem likely anymore.
And that was annoying, too. He'd felt like breaking something. Tokito kicked hard at the ground, but watching the dirt spray over a nearby bush wasn't nearly as satisfying. He could probably find Kubo-chan, but he didn't know if he'd be in their room, and he didn't feel like going looking for him. Acting like some creepy stalker was Kubo-chan's thing anyway. Tokito sighed, looking around for something to do. Anything. Something he hadn't done a billion times before.
There was always-- Nah. That was stupid. The grunts were always close by, and he was kinda tired, so he might not run fast enough. But still. It was something. And it was fun.
Tokito grinned, looking around for some rocks and picking them up, shoving a few in his pockets as well. He headed towards the middle of the garden, where Rex was. He weighed one of the rocks in his hand, aimed, threw it, and quickly followed it up with another.
It took about five seconds for the grunts to start closing in on him. Tokito threw a rock at the first one and started backing towards the doors so he could get inside. His grin widened. Maybe he should suggest to Kubo-chan that--
More grunts were coming from the other side of the garden. He hadn't noticed those, and they were already getting too close. Tokito turned around quickly and dodged a hand before it could grab onto his shirt, trying to run towards the building before they could catch up.
