Latvia had opened the door carefully and observed the hallway for a couple of minutes. It was not too far a distance that he would have to go to Korea's room, and he was really thankful for that... But the hallways still seemed very wide and scary to him, and Liet had said there were many dangerous people here... People that could even do that to Russia-san...

He tried not to think about it.

Since he hadn't spotted any person all the time he had looked out of his room, he left it, closing the door behind him carefully. Nearly running he covered the distance between their rooms. After doublechecking the room number, he raised one hand and knocked hesistantly. The knock wasn't really loud, but it was hearable.

Korea jumped at the knocking on the door. It still surprised him every time there was a different sound other than the usual humming of the computer in his room. Crossing the room, he slowly opened the door to see who was outside.

Before him stood a small, shaking boy who, he assumed, was Latvia. "Are you Latvia?" Korea smiled gently, opening the door a bit more.

The smaller nation didn't move. He just stared, his eyes slowly wandering up Korea's body until he had to tilt his head back.

Tall... he was nearly as tall as Russia-san... But his smile was a lot nicer.

"Y...yes I am."

"Come on in." Korea smiled brightly, moving aside to let the other nation through. He couldn't help but think about how tiny the other nation was, and how Korea needed to protect him.

"Please, make yourself as home." He smiled once again, gesturing around the room, even though it looked exactly like the other rooms, just with a few decorations that he has gathered since his stay here.

Latvia couldn't help but duck when he went past the taller nation. The height... Even though Korea seemed to be friendly and really had been nice on the forum, he couldn't but feel intimidated by it.

"T..thank you..." He went over to the bed and sat down at the edge of it, watching Korea carefully all the time.
