Summary: Meier's discomfort of fire finally wins out over his fear of being seen in... underwear.

Meier gripped the skinned door tightly, peeking through the crack barely visible to anyone out in the hallway. Seeing that no one was immediately about, he opened the door a bit wider and slipped out of his room, feeling a bit... lighter than usual in his current garb.
Clad only in a drab brown loin cloth (which clashed slightly with his blueish pale skin), Meier sported red war paint in the shape of hand prints and red parallel lines across his chest that he was quite unaware of, since he was unable to see his reflection in any mirror.
He glided down the hall quickly, intending to head straight to Lady Shidou's room and beg asylum from the fire raging in his own quarters.
