Kubota was beginning to wonder if he was hallucinating. The person on the computer sounded like Tokito would, but he knew him well enough to create that voice in his head by now, didn't he? Tokito shouldn't be here, it would be better if he was at the flat, playing games and complaining about something than in this prison. The part of Kubota that cared about that one person wanted him to be here, wanted him to be a dream and nothing more and he walked up to C Floor without noticing, feet leading. He knocked. He waited. Kubota knew he was slipping, falling back into old habits bar a few odd individuals, remarkable in that alone, but this, this was different. His cat.
