Hallelujah.

Allelujah just stared at the computer for the longest moment. It was entirely bizarre when people started referencing his long-since-gone other half; he couldn't figure it out, it didn't make sense. He'd initially figured that perhaps it was a leftover from when 'he' had been here before; maybe they were just used to seeing Hallelujah more for whatever reason.

And then...there he was.

His hands were still shaking over the thought. Four years. Four long horrible lonely years of torture and imprisonment and interrogation, with no constant voice in the back of his head to break the monotony. He had been sure that the head injury had 'killed' Hallelujah, wiped him out of their collective consciousness. It had been a horrible moment, drifting in space and reaching for someone who wasn't there anymore...

...but he was here.

He didn't know what to think.

The sharp knock on the door startled him; he almost fell out of his chair in surprise and nerves. After getting his bearings he stood up, scrubbing his hands unconsciously on his pants before going to open the door and staring at...himself. The other half he had thought he wasn't going to ever see again. Mismatched eyes widened enormously, both of them actually visible rather than being shrouded by hair; his hand tightened on the doorknob to the point that the knuckles were white.

"...Hallelujah?"
