(no subject)
well yesterday afternoon, the xc team left for hendersonville for our meet which was today. unfortunately, we missed the football game (which i heard was absolutely amazing) but thats ok bc we haddd so much fun on the trip. as we reach gastonia, we get a flat tire. so we hang out at the PETRO station for about an hour and a half pissing off paula duke lol. we all became members of the petro kids club but too bad we ran out of shirts so i didn't get one which means i have to stop at some petro station in clt to find one. after rodrico finally fixed our tire, we made it to the course and then out to dinner. after that we went to the hotel, slept.. blah blah... then today was our first meet, which actually went really well. the girls/boys team did awesome for the beginning of the season and minus three of our top ten girl runners. but yeah after the meet we all went to sliding rock and then some rope swing which was so much fun and refreshing after the race. it was a good first half of the weekend. now i have my homework to do :( blah..
the first week of school went pretty well, love my classes bc i have good people in all of them...but i am not looking for to the work load i am going to have this year..its seriously going to be insane. yay well i missed everyone at the game but i can't wait til cookcup next week!
