So, for those who don't follow me on Twitter/Facebook/RL LJ (...who are you?), I finally got myself a teaching job! FINALLY. YES. YAY. This means a couple things for my availability:
1. When school starts, I will actually be around a lot more than I have been for the last year-ish, because I won't be, you know, working three jobs. YAY.
2. However, the job is in North Carolina. And I currently live in Michigan. I'll be making the drive Friday and Saturday, moving into my new place Saturday and Sunday, and then doing teacher orientation the next two weeks.
So for the next few weeks, I will be sporadic like crazy. If you somehow don't follow me on Twitter, my name on there's @holywhatever and I'll be on there a lot. I might be able to ping into things like memes and the odd post while I'm traveling/setting up house, but expect me to be pretty scarce. I'll also be around on email at justthreeapples(at)gmail(dot)com -- and yes, I'm leaving all this contact info because I am anticipating needing a lot of distractions. Right now I'm in packing mode, which is slightly less harried, but my time's getting eaten up by cardboard boxes and social calls while I can still make them.
QUESTIONS? TIPS FOR MOVING? Reasons why I shouldn't kill the Best Buy people for holding my phone hostage an extra five days?
