Truth.
I have spent a lot of time with different people in my life. I've invested a lot into friendships that lasted for years, and then faded away to nothing. I've given 110% to some people and was given less than half of that back. I've had to be the first and the last to put forth effort to make these dead end friendships/relationships work..... it's been maddening....
But today I realized that out of all the losers, and the friends who are only around for the good times.... that God has given me a few extraordinary people who have become my family. A few people that I don't have to question if they'll be here through the bad or not. Amazing people who make all the difference in my life. People that I love and cherish....
