Walking update....Jan. 17-23rd
I managed to walk on Sunday. I waited till after the Vikings game was over because it wasn't sunny until then. The wind was calm so it was perfect. I wish I had done my butt hill walk though...instead since I didn't know if I would get as tired and sore as I had the other night I just did my neighborhood walk. By the time I realized that I felt fine and should have done my butt hill walk it was too late. *sigh* That would have been great to have done that. I still did 5 miles but walking around the neighborhood is boring!!!
Well, I managed to get in one more walking day before it starts to rain. There was a slight wind but I managed to stay close to the houses and limit my exposure. Tomorrow it's supposed to be in the upper 30's but rain..and rain and freezing rain...so no walking. We'll see, maybe I'll be lucky on Sunday!!!
