Walking update.....August 22nd-29th

I am going to post two entries...but my walking update I wanted to keep seperate for the reason you'll see. I walked both Sat. and Sunday. I could tell it had been awhile, I was really sore. I had a much needed massage on Thursday but it was just to get some kinks out, the real massage will be this coming Friday. Hopefully I won't say "OWW" too many times. ;)

Sat.

Time=2.45 hrs.

Sunday
Distance=5 miles
Time=2 hrs.
Litter=3 bags
