Cancelling and re-scheduling classes: how much is too much?

My Criminal Law professor is really starting to get on my nerves, and others too I would imagine, for the number of classes that he has cancelled and attempted to re-schedule. On the plus side, I did get an A- on our 10% "essay" project, so I guess I'm still absorbing enough information to be useful, but at this point he's cancelled two classes last week (rescheduled for last Friday, 4:30-6:30pm); he's cancelling two classes on March 20th & 22nd (rescheduled for Friday, March 23rd); and now he's also cancelled Tuesday, March 27 (rescheduled for... well, sometime in April).

It's all nice and good that HE can reschedule things for Friday, but I am in Ottawa that weekend (March 23rd) for the Court Challenges AGM. Erg!

Someone asked him yesterday... "If you don't mind my asking, and it's a professional thing... what is it that you're doing these days that you're away?" His response: "Well, I'd rather not talk about it openly, but suffice it to say I have a number of committments which I have to keep."

Yeah, right, we all do. breathe_anew, I suggest we make plans for the morning of April 25th, around 9:30am. So what if it's his exam? I have other committments. I will reschedule that for Friday evening, and too bad for him, right?
